We are seeking a Junior Corporate Clerk to support our growing Business Team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Corporate department while assisting with client intake. You will play a key part in ensuring that both clients and legal staff have a seamless experience throughout the estate planning process.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate law
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with legal practice management software is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professionalism skills with the ability to provide professional service during client intake
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and respectful client interactions.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach.
