Your Contribution
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Director to lead our real estate team and drive our corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, project management, transaction management, negotiation and contract management, market analysis and strategy, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a dynamic leader who can build productive relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets to support business operations and growth.
- Manage real estate transactions and lease agreements, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
- Lead and manage all real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence for potential acquisitions and dispositions, including financial analysis and market research.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate contracts, leases, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee the planning and execution of facility-related projects and renovations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and trends, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to support real estate transactions and monitor related budgets.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments to facilitate real estate transactions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of ongoing transactions and projects.
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as LEED, CPA, PMP, CPSM, C.P.M, HVAC, MS, IFMA, BOMA, and CPM will be considered as an asset.
- Significant professional experience in real estate management, development and/or sales, typically 5-10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of real estate deal economics, financial analysis, customer service standards, and organizational structure.
- Experience in leasing and subleasing activities, as well as proficiency in tools like Excel.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety
